"Luann helped us find a 55+ condo in Dunedin. She was a complete joy to work with -- extremely knowledgeable, practical & hardworking, and a lovely person to boot. Luann answered texts and calls with amazing speed, at all hours -- I don't know when she sleeps! -- and she got us into units quickly. Luann also thoroughly guided us through the buying, title & other processes in Florida that we were unfamiliar with. When we found a unit we loved but that was above our budget, it was quickly negotiated down to our magic number. "I recently purchased a riverfront home in Fort Myers, Florida completely virtually, having never set foot in Florida due to the COVID pandemic. Luann Collins with Paragon Realty handled our purchase and went well above and beyond my wildest expectations. We also sold our house in Austin, Texas and while our agent in Austin was great up until the closing, he completely dropped out of the picture once he had his commission. Not Luann. Up until closing, Luann provided us with superior advice and recommendations and tirelessly and expertly facilitated the purchase of our home by dealing with the seller's agent, conducting virtual tours, educating us on the area and neighborhood, quickly resolving issues with the title company, arranging for a designer to create a digital floor plan with measurements of all the walls and windows in the house, and on and on. She responded to questions quickly, answered her phone or called me back quickly every time. Once we closed on our new home, Luann did not disappear like our Austin agent, she was still there for us. We had a terrible experience with the moving company that delayed our leaving Austin, resulting in our belongings (at least those they were able to take) arriving at the new house before us. They required $3,600 cash before unloading the truck. We couldn't be there to accept possession, so Luann agreed to meet the movers at the house and she not only supervised getting our belongings into the house, she also paid the movers the $3,600 we owed. That was NOT her responsibility as our broker, but she happily helped us out. When we arrived at our new home in Fort Myers, it was exactly what we expected, no surprises whatsoever. What a GREAT virtual experience buying a new home. We couldn't be happier with our home and now I am also fortunate enough to recommend my friend, Luann Collins, as the best real estate broker in SW Florida."
